ON-LINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will be happy to provide a refund less a restocking fee of $25 (applied to your order’s subtotal) for each pair that is unworn and in re-sellable condition, within 15 days of receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may also bring them directly to the store in Burnaby. Shipping cost for returned shoes will be at the customer's expense.

For exchanges, please send back your unworn shoes and place a new order. A refund will be issued to you once we have received your returned items.

We take great pride in handcrafting each shoe. However, please understand all materials will naturally break down over time, regardless of wear and tear or frequent/infrequent use. No product can be designed to last forever.  In the event of an unusual situation, please contact our store directly. Be prepared to provide a brief summary to help us determine a solution.

$15 Courier - Leave at Door. No PO Box or Post Office.

Please note that if you select ‘leave at door’ as your shipping service, we will not be responisble for any lost or misplaced items that have been ‘delivered’.
