RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will be happy to provide a full refund for any shoe that is unworn and in re-sellable condition, within 15 days of the purchase, provided you have the original receipt. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

For exchanges, please send back your unworn shoes and place a new order. A refund will be issued to you once we have received your returned items.

We take great pride in handcrafting each shoe. However, please understand all materials will naturally break down over time, regardless of wear and tear or frequent/infrequent use. No product can be designed to last forever.  In the event of an unusual situation, please contact our store directly. Be prepared to provide a brief summary to help us determine a solution.

MAIL OUT RETURNS

In the event your shoes don't work, and you meet the criteria outlined in our return policy, simply wrap the box and mail them back. Shipping cost for returned shoes will be at the customer's expense. You may also bring them directly to the location nearest you (Burnaby BC and Surrey BC locations only), see a link to our locations below.  Shipping cost for returned shoes will be at the customer's expense.

$20 flat rate Canada Post

$15 Courier - Leave at Door. No PO Box or Post Office.

Please note that if you select ‘leave at door’ as your shipping service, we will not be responisble for any lost or misplaced items that have been ‘delivered’.
